Terms and Conditions – Thriving Biz Club 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all members of the Thriving Biz Club ("the Membership"). By joining the Membership, you agree to these T&Cs, which are governed by UK law.

1. Membership Details

• The Thriving Biz Club operates on a rolling monthly subscription basis at £27 per month.
• Membership begins upon successful payment and continues until cancelled by either party.
• You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid period, and no further payments will be taken.

2. Payment Terms

• The monthly membership fee is £27 and will be charged automatically on a recurring basis.
• If a payment fails, the system will retry. If the payment cannot be processed, your membership will be deemed cancelled, and access to the Membership and its benefits will end.
• No refunds are provided, including for partial months or unused membership benefits.

3. Use of Content and Intellectual Property

• Members may download resources for personal use only.
• All materials, including but not limited to templates, guides, and training, are the intellectual property of the Thriving Biz Club and Wendy Griffith LTD.
• Redistribution, resale, or use of any materials for commercial purposes or in your own business is strictly prohibited.

4. Community Guidelines

• The Thriving Biz Club is a supportive and encouraging space designed to help members learn and grow their businesses. Members must treat others with respect and kindness.
• Prohibited behaviours include (but are not limited to): trolling, spamming, discriminatory language, or sharing offensive content.
• Breaching community guidelines will result in immediate removal from the Membership, with no refund.

5. Access to the Membership

• Members have access to all content, coaching, and community benefits for as long as their subscription is active.
• The Thriving Biz Club reserves the right to make adjustments to the structure, content, or features of the Membership. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
• If the Membership is discontinued entirely, members will be notified in advance, and no further payments will be taken beyond the cancellation date.

6. Disclaimer

• The Thriving Biz Club provides tools, coaching, and resources to support you in growing your business. However, no specific outcomes or income levels are guaranteed, as success depends on your own efforts and implementation.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• The Thriving Biz Club collects personal data, such as your name and email address, to manage your membership and provide services.
• Personal data is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. The Membership owner is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZA908671.

8. Confidentiality Clause

• Members are expected to treat all information shared within coaching calls, co-working sessions, and community spaces as confidential. 
• Sharing another member's business strategies, personal information, or sensitive details outside of the Membership is strictly prohibited.

9. Communication and Support

• Support and communication will primarily take place through the designated Membership platforms (e.g., WhatsApp group, coaching calls).
• Please allow up to 24 hours for responses to individual queries.

10. Testimonial Release

• By joining the Membership, you agree that any testimonials you provide (written, video, or audio) may be used for marketing purposes.
• If you wish to withdraw your consent, please notify Wendy Griffith in writing by email.

11. Standard Terms

• Sharing access to the Membership, including login details or invite links, with non-members is prohibited.
• Membership may be terminated if these T&Cs are breached.
• The Thriving Biz Club will not be held liable for disruptions to services caused by events outside its control (force majeure).

12. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
